All Shipping orders are sent using USPS. Processing time is 3-5 business day. If expediated order is needed, please email email@example.com. Once shipment is placed you will receive an email with tracing number for your purchase. Please keep in mind that Sev3ns candles is not responsible for any delays with shipping companies.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to safety precautions Sev3ns Candles does not accept returns or exchanges.
If purchased item(s) received are damaged or broken, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and phone number and address, order number and a picture of damages and we will send you out a new order for the damaged item only. This applies within the 24-hour time frame of which you received your package. Any damages done after the 24-hour time frame please email email@example.com
